In the course of working at JB-HIFI, I was working in the storeroom, as the senior store person it was my job to prepare all the new staff for work in the storeroom. In the storeroom, teamwork was essential, without it things would not get done.
Over a coffee or drink, I would start with a brainstorming session with multiple students and try and try to find out everybody's strengths and weaknesses so we can then allocate tasks to the students respective skills.
